Dear Westgate Families,
Welcome to the 2020 – 2021 school year! I hope you have a plan to rest, rejuvenate, and continue to learn this summer now that this historic school year has ended.
I am excited to start my journey as principal of Westgate Elementary. I have been a principal in the Edmonds School District for fourteen years and before that, I was an instructional coach and elementary teacher for many years.
I look forward to collaborating with the Westgate community to achieve your goals and provide a safe, secure environment where every student achieves academic success. I have already met so many dedicated students, families, and staff that even though there are many unanswered questions about school starting in the fall, I know you will rise to the task of learning. Westgate, you’ve got this!
